Localized Digital Marketing Strategies Drives Significant Revenue for Chatrium Hospitality Amid Pandemic Challenges

Challenge:

The hospitality industry faced an unprecedented challenge during the pandemic due to travel restrictions. Our client, Chatrium Hospitality, engaged Glowin Brands to create an ongoing digital marketing effort to shift their target guests from international travelers to domestic guests.

Solutions:

We began by tuning the branding angle and collaborating with our digital marketing partners, Sapiens and Anga, to create online campaigns that resonated with local Thais. Our goal was to attract them to the various staycation and dining options available at Chatrium's five properties in Bangkok and Chantaburi. We designed a series of campaigns, such as #RedicoverTheRemarkable and #ShareYourRemarkable, along with product offer suggestions, and created lifestyle photography and videography to drive desire for local Thais to spend quality time at Chatrium properties.

We also utilized SEO techniques to ensure that Chatrium's online presence was optimized for search engines among Thais, and continued to refine the digital marketing strategy based on data analysis and feedback.

Result:

Through an ongoing effort that included brand enhancement, ad content, online campaigns, SEO, and data analysis, we successfully drove significant online search and revenue for staycations and dining at our client's properties.
